MICHAEL EUSTICE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 25 years experience as an operational manager and leader, Michael has extensive expertise in sales, service quality, learning and development, relationship management, team building, employee engagement and communications. He is passionate about creating business cultures and structures which enable people to achieve their full potential as both individuals and employees. He has a clear focus on building creative learning solutions which deliver measureable change in capability, confidence and performance. His unusual background in both the performing arts and corporate business have led him to explore alternative approaches to learning and professional development which accelerate the journey from potential to capability. Michael has experience in a diverse range of industries including banking, insurance, pay TV, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and the performing arts. He has completed projects in the UK, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia.

PETA SHANNON

Course Coordinator & Teacher - Producer, Writer & Actor

Peta Shannon holds a BA Degree in Drama, Film and Creative Writing, an Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama Teaching and is currently studying Masters of Secondary Teaching Degree at Flinders University. She has taught, examined and adjudicated Speech and Drama to various schools and Eisteddfods across Australia. Peta is currently teaching youth classes and is the founder and facilitator of The Actors’ Studio Adelaide, with former head of NIDA, Tony Knight (acting tutor to Cate Blanchett, Sarah Snook and many more). Peta is an award-winning Producer and Writer with Screen Producers Association (SPA) and Australian Writers Guild (AWG) memberships acceptance into the Cannes Short Film Festival and W3 Best in Show and two LIT Commercial Gold Awards. Peta has acted, sung and danced in numerous stage performances, television series and films across the globe.

MATTHEW SHANNON

Course Coordinator & Teacher - Director, Cinematographer, Editor

Matt has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film, American and European History. He is a member of the Australian Directors Guild (ADG), Australian Editors Guild (ASE) and Australian Cinematographers Society. Matthew is an award-winning Director, Cinematographer and Editor with numerous films that have been accepted into the New York Independent, Adelaide French, Palm Springs and Cannes Film Festivals and W3 Best in Show and two LIT Commercial Gold Awards for his commercials. Matt is currently relief teaching and directing adult classes and is the founder and facilitator of The Actors’ Studio Adelaide, with former head of NIDA, Tony Knight (acting tutor to Cate Blanchett, Sarah Snook and many more). Cast and crew enjoy working on his film sets as he always makes the working environment harmonious and fun. He and Peta have two children.
